UK Free Standard Delivery.
Delivered within 3-5 working days.

For Express UK delivery, please contact us.

Order before 5pm for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed on the next working day and will arrive the following day. Please note any orders placed on bank or public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day.

Worldwide
Delivery is available for international orders outside of the UK. Customs, taxes and duties are not included for international orders.

How long will delivery take?

Our delivery time for domestic orders in the UK is usually 3-5 working days from the order date.

For international orders, we estimate a 5 - 10 day delivery time from order date.

Please note that this delivery time may vary and be slightly longer during holidays and busy periods with the delivery company. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident. If you did not receive any tracking link, please contact us by clicking at orders@houseprints.co.uk.

Are international duties & customs included?

The buyer is responsible for any duty/customs fees for all destinations.

Orders & Returns

We are sure it is going to be love at first sight, but if it doesn't work out, you can return your order for a refund. Simply return your order to us within 30 days of receiving it.

Please note personalised and custom orders are non-refundable. 

What is the return policy?

If you are not happy with your order and it is still in it's original packaging, you can return it to us for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Can it be hung portrait or landscape?

For the best results, the artwork is intended to be hung as shown in the product photos. If you would like it hung in a different orientation then please contact us.

I didn't receive an order confirmation?

If you placed an order but haven't received a confirmation, it's possible your email address was entered incorrectly. Please contact us at orders@houseprints.co.uk to check if we have received your order. We can update your email address and resend the confirmation. If the order didn't go through, reach out to us before placing a new one to avoid duplicate orders.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, please get in touch with us immediately.

However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers' way quickly.

If you placed your order during the weekend or after business hours, please send us an email to orders@houseprints.co.uk.

Our artwork and framed prints are low maintenance, but if required, please find here some simple instructions on how to clean your artwork:

Fine Art Poster Prints

For best results, keep in a poster frame. Wipe the glass surface with a lightly damp cloth. Stay out of direct sunlight and avoid spraying water or chemicals.

Canvas Art And Paintings

You can wipe the surface with a dry cloth gently. Stay out of direct sunlight and avoid spraying eith water or chemicals.

What's the print quality like?

We offer Framed Canvas Prints, hard-backed for durability with vibrant, high-quality artwork, and Rolled Poster Art Prints, high-resolution and long-lasting, perfect for framing or displaying as is. Both options ensure stunning detail and colour to elevate your space.

What paper types do you use?

Our art prints available on two surfaces, matte paper and canvas.

Matte Poster Prints

The prints are produced on premium 230gsm paper using modern, non-fade ink pigments to create true to life colour artwork.

All of our poster prints come expertly rolled and packaged in a high-quality postage tube to prevent any damages to the artwork in transit.

Canvas Prints

Our 430gsm canvas gives our prints a truly authentic look and feel.

Your new canvas artworks will arrive framed and ready to hang. The frames have a solid backing to them and sealed with tape to prevent dust and are hand-finished to perfection.

How do I place an order?

Placing An Order Online:

You can order online by simply adding your choice of product to basket. 

When you are ready to complete your order, click on Checkout and you will be taken to our secure checkout process using Paypal or credit/debit card. 

All major debit and credit cards are accepted including American Express, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

Order by email:

You can simply send us an email at hello@houseprints.co.uk with the artwork you would like to purchase and we can send you the order details accordingly.
